Estep Physical Fitness Center is a free service gym for active duty, veterans, their families, and guests. It is located within Fort Campbell and can be accessed with valid military identification card (ID) or as a guest with someone with an ID. There is no cost to use the facility. Parking is just across the street with four accessible spots, the registration/check-in desk is right when you come in. You will scan your military ID for facility access. The locker rooms, restroom, and sauna/steam room are only a few feet from the front entrance. The main gym areas consist of free weights, weight machines, cardio machines, and various fitness equipment. The multipurpose aerobics room is quieter and seldom used compared to the main gym area. In the back left corner of the facility is the spin classroom. Nearly all the gym equipment is spaced out to make maneuvering the facility and using the machines accessible. Staff are welcoming and willing to help patrons with whatever they need. The contracted instructors who teach the structured classes at the facility seem more specialized in adaptations.
