Comments/additional information about registration and needs assessment:
The facility staff does not run programs but the facility hosts them and they are conducted by independent contractors. There are no registration forms. Patrons pay for specialty classes in person, on the spot, at the check-in/registration desk. The gym does not turn anyone away from structured class activities based on disabilities. They allow anyone to sign up for their hosted structured classes and leave it to the instructors to modify activities and or equipment when needed for patrons. The winter season spin instructor is an adaptive sports specialist, who arrives early before each class to do individual bike fits for every participant to accommodate any adaptations the participants need.

If yes, describe quiet area:
The multipurpose aerobics room is a calmer space than the rest of the gym but not a completely closed off area
Comments/additional information about supports:
The instructors who teach the classes at the gym are contractors. The facility is just a host location, its staff do not run the activities. The Soldier Recovery Unit instructors bring additional staff during their stretch class to aid the instructor with adaptations in real time so the instructor does not have to stop class each time someone needs a specific modification. Their stretch class uses the multipurpose activity room as it is a calmer space.
