Notes About Administrative Practices
Any additional administrative practices you noted at the agency that are not listed above that you feel are helpful to people with disabilities and their families:
A veteran in a wheelchair and his spouse frequent the facility. The gym supervisor has made accommodations to move the equipment he uses to the front of the gym for easy access. He signs in and has a direct path, less than 15 feet from the registration desk, to access the recumbent bike he uses for fitness. There is plenty of space for him to transfer and leave his wheelchair while completing his workout.
