The entrance has a line of four possible doors to enter, all side by side. For most events, only one door is unlocked at a time. However, upon request, more than one door may be unlocked and even propped open if desired.

The reception area is an informal sign in sheet located on the pool deck that is monitored by the lifeguards. An individual can access it by entering through the locker rooms to reach the pool deck and a lifeguard will either direct them to the sheet, bring it to the participant, or even sign in for that participant if need be. There are signs indicating that patrons should sign in with the lifeguards upon reaching the pool deck, but if the signs are missed, a guard will approach the individual and give them a friendly reminder.

The stairs lead to the pool balcony. Non swimming patrons are asked to sit in the balcony, however exceptions can be made as there is no elevator to the balcony. An alternative option will be provided, and these stairs are not essential to participation at the facility.
