Park in the east side of the lot near the EV Connect car charging stations. You will find the ramp near the accessible spots. All reservations are currently made by phone and there is no need to go to the ticket office. Go directly to the boat.

The entire floor of the boat bows up with a slope of 2.5 for water drain off. The upper deck is only accessible by stairs. There are good views from inside the lower level with windows being 37" high to bottom. The ramp makes for no step access but slope does vary with water levels.
