Staff are all trained and tested in Coastguard regulations, water rescue, and evacuation which includes passengers with disabilities. There are no fire alarms on board but there is a system for putting out fires. The Captain knows some ASL and has prior experience working with children with a variety of physical and intellectual disabilities. All staff are CPR certified and there is an AED on board. Staff have experience working with groups of people who have hearing impairment, vision impairment, and limited mobility.

Administrations appears to be aware of people living with disabilities and tries to accommodate a variety of needs as able. They are flexible and will work with customers to make their experience positive and enjoyable.
