The Utica Avenue Subway Station, located under Eastern Parkway near Utica Avenue, provides access to the 4 train at all times and the 3 train all times except late nights. Both trains are accessible with elevator access at te northwest corner of Utica Avenue and Eastern Parkway, in the Eastern Parkway median. Buses that service this area and are accessible are B12, B14, B15, B17, B45, B46, B46-SBS, and B65.
