Alternative forms of communication are available; you have to let the agency know your need beforehand so that they can provide that service to you.

The agency never turns away anyone for any financial needs they are always happy to help.
On the top of their website it says that no one is every turned always for financial needs.

The YMCA always wants to hear feedback; comment cards are valuable for you input on what you think and what needs to change.

The Agency is always will to work with new partnership. They do work with a couple local places, like assistant living homes, and children’s home. For organizations like the Wyoming children’s home and Boces program, instead of having them pay for each person to have a membership they offer them family memberships.
