Deer Haven Campground & Cabins is located across the street from the Cooperstown All Star Village, less than one mile from the Wright National Soccer Hall of Fame and 2 miles from Cooperstown.
This campground is a fun and relaxing place to go to just get away from city living. It sits on top of a hill in Oneonta that looks over into a valley and across to other hills near by. Their campground by New York State Law is accessible. Everything in their campsite had to be up to code or else they were unable attain their lisence. Since it is a camping facility the areas have grassy areas, little hills, and compacted gravel. The owners want eveyone to to able to use campground facilties including the pool, playground, and pavilion so they do have golf karts to assist anyone that needs to get up a hill or thick grassy patch.
