The counter is open on the side with additional seating provided for face to face interaction.Therefore if a guest uses a wheelchair and would like to have a conversation with the owner, the owner just needs to walk around the desk. During business hours, the inner door is always open, the screen door is the door that was measured for weight because that's the only one that is used by the public.
