Inclusion for people who are deaf or hard of hearing, providing wheelchairs upon request, and offering a free day every 1st Wednesday November - May.

As the museum director, Jacqui Ainlay-Conley follows the best practices and city guidelines. She supports guests as best as possible. If a person who is deaf or hard of hearing contacts the museum 3 business days in advance, the museum can provide an ASL interpreter for their visit.

The museum has plans to update the main entrance doors to automatic doors. The museum is also updating signage to be more culturally sensitive.

The museum offers a free day every 1st Wednesday November - May. Service animals are welcome. Museum also has a wheelchair to use upon request.

The museum falls under the City and County of Denver, which partners with Denver Adaptive Recreation in the City as well as other local programs to help bring visitors to the museum. The museum partners with Highland Recreation Center to "bring Buffalo Bill" to others who may not be able to physically visit the museum.
