Comments/additional information about adaptive equipment:
CrossFit allows for multiple alternatives that focus on the same muscle groups or movements but provide accommodations for the participant. Straps are available to affix the person to equipment that require grip or muscular strength such as pull up bars, rowing machines, barbells, and dumbbells.
