There is a curbless drop off area in front. Distance from parking to playground varies depending on parking space. All spaces share an aisle between them so aisle access can be from the left or right side of the vehicle. Most accessible parking abuts the approach side edge of the playground area but several spaces run perpendicular to it. All are within close range. The width of route of travel varies but is 7'5" at the narrowest. it is wide and open.

6 Single use restrooms with one being an adult changing area. All are identified with braille on the signage. Scarlet's Smile Playground is located in Dodge Park #5, a state park. Restrooms were closed for the winter so unable to evaluate inside.

Scarlet's Smile Playground is flat and open throughout. The narrowest points were over 8' but those were minimal. There are no curbs. There is an accessible path that connects the playground to the library at the north side of the park.
