Emergency Action Plans are well developed and in place for each facility; more specifics could be developed regarding individuals who may need more assistance. Per SC law, free parking is provided to vehicles with disability parking placard where there is a vehicle admission or parking charge.

For registered programs, all participants receive an email a survey within one week of service offering. While there are not inclusion specific questions, it does provide an opportunity for feedback. KultureCity is a partnership to improve CCPRC's ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs. Sensory bags and Weighted Lap Pads available upon request. Special symbol designates events featuring KultureCity. Wheels to Surf and Oceans Cure partnerships at a different location.
