Summary
The staff and volunteers at the center are not up to date on diversity and inclusion practices such as proper language, how to interact with patrons who have disabilities, or how to handle situations such as service animals. None of the trails are accessible to people with wheelchairs. They are barely walkable for people with mobility aids due to broken/ unstable boardwalks, and narrow. There is only one accessible parking spot and the parking lot is small meaning it fills up very fast. If it is full you have to park on the streets below, the walk to get back up to the center is a very steep hill.
