The parking lot is not lined nor is there indication of accessible spaces. It is due to be repaved and these issues will be addressed. The parking lot leads directly to the path which does narrow to 41" between pilons and 31" between the cement pads pilons are anchored in. See photo as cement is raised a bit which could be an obstruction.
