Sweetbriar Nature Center includes 54 acres of trails, fields, and an education center. Most of the trails are flat with packed ground and wide trails. One of the trails includes a lead, with braille paragraphs and other tactile elements along the trail for people who do not have sight, as well as people who have sight to learn about life cycles. The outdoor animal enclosures are easily accessible by the flat ground covered in grass. The Nature Center itself is an old house, so therefore the agency cannot make any structural changes to it. However, there is a ramp and the first floor of the house is accessible. There is one upstairs room that cannot be easily accessed by wheelchair. The Barn area is accessible by a packed gravel path. For programs, accommodations can be made upon request.
