Flipside Academy uses parkour and ninja skills to teach children and teens about movement, competition, and individual skills, with a focus on exercise and recreation. Although this facility is open to accommodating all individuals, the owner admits they need to find the resources to do so. The set up changes every week to consistently challenge individuals. Group exercise is also offered with an abundance of weights, bands, and other equipment in order to accommodate a large population of people.
