Clemyjontri Park features a unique playground where children of all abilities can play side-by-side. It is a playground where every child is welcome. This park is a place where children who use wheelchairs, walkers or braces, or who have sensory or developmental disabilities, can have a parallel playground experience of fun and exploration.
The park is designed for children ages 2-12, offering a wide variety of activities. Ramps, handrails and ample space to navigate make this park a truly enjoyable experience where families and children play alongside each other. The colorful rubber surfacing has multi-function - safety and fun. The road pattern of the rubber surfacing offers additional fun, and the rainbow track adds to the enjoyment. Clemyjontri offers a Liberty Swing, one of only a few in the State. This swing allows for children in wheelchairs to experience the joy of a playground swing. This park is 2 miles off of I - 495 in McLean VA.
