Summary

Margaret T. Hance Park is located at 67 W Culver St, Phoenix, AZ. Hance Park was founded as a non-profit organization in 2010 to promote and advocate for the redevelopment of Margaret T. Hance Park in Downtown Phoenix. The 32-acre park is located in the heart of downtown, sitting atop the Interstate-10 freeway tunnel, between 3rd Ave. and 3rd St.​ Hance Park Conservancy and Phoenix Community Alliance are the main coalition partners of Margaret T. Hance Park. The park is home to the Japanese Friendship Garden, Irish Cultural Center, McClelland Irish Library, Phoenix Center for the Arts, and Burton Barr Phoenix Central Library.​
