The F45 Training location in Morgan Hill is a great place for someone looking to challenge themselves through intensive, circuit training. The location is easily accessible through personal transportation, with their parking lot very close to the entrance. They are located in the same parking lot as the Morgan Hill Caltrain station, prompting the utilization of public transportation as well. There are two single-use (family style) restrooms available upon entrance for participants. The current layout has plenty of space between circuit stations and the staff is eager to provide adaptations to exercises to allow for full participation by all. Though some machines do not have specific adaptations visibly and physically readily available, the staff is efficient with critical thinking skills to adjust an exercise to meet each person's abilities. F45 provides an inviting environment creating positive relationships and personal growth, physically and socially, through their group classes.
