This is a public city facility that is not in a building. All is outdoors. The only closed off facility is the baseball field. When open the fence gate will be opened by facility so no force will be required by those to visit. The playground and other activities are all open with not gate. The pavement is the same level of both facilities therefore don't require a ramp or elevators.

Even though there is no accessible parking near the most used side of the facility, there is no need to worry about the parking lot filing up. Residents of Page don't crowd the park. It is guaranteed that there will be parking close to the facility. There is 350 feet of parking right of the park.
