The mission is stated as, "It is the mission of the City of Page Recreation Department to create recreational opportunities for growth and enhancement by developing diverse services and programs that promote citizen involvement and a strong sense of community while striving to increase the social, cultural, and physical well-being of its residents."

To promote physical well-being they want to ensure everyone has access to facility. The main agency that houses people with disabilities is the agency called "Helping Hands". They reach out to Helping Hands once a month to see if there is any difficulties/struggles they are experiencing to ensure they are meeting everyone's needs.
