To promote physical well-being they want to ensure everyone has access to facility. The main agency that houses people with disabilities is the agency called "Helping Hands". They reach out to Helping Hands once a month to see if there is any difficulties/struggles they are experiencing to ensure they are meeting everyone's needs.
