The sink area would be large enough for wheelchair maneuvering if the garbage pail was moved to a different spot in the restroom. The clear space on the pull side of the door is 48 inches, but there is a garbage pail near the door, making the clear pull space closer to 12 inches. The garbage pail has a foot pedal to open it. The single use restroom is located downstairs and there is an accessible shower in the bathroom as well.
