Although the agency does not have an ADA Coordinator, they do have individuals who they can contact to ask questions about inclusion. The agency has had Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists assist in reviewing and offering feedback about the physical accessibility of the building.

The progress made has occurred in regard to social inclusion. The facility was built for the community and has brought the community together, as well as normalized the life of the individuals the agency primarily supports.

There is no written policy for service animals, but service animals are certainly accommodated for at the agency.
There is not a written policy about the use of motorized mobility devices, but there is individuals who use wheelchairs in the building on a consistent basis.
There are scholarships that individuals can apply for to help pay for the cost of services offered.
Food is not provided, but for example, if an individual needs a different consistency for the food they have with them, staff can assist in thickening or thinning the consistency of individuals' food.

After classes and camps, surveys are given to individuals and their families. Questions such as what could we do better, was the sound ok, was the lighting ok, the number of people ok, or the size of the room ok, are some of the questions asked.
