Lincoln Park has a variety of specialty areas including a pool, tennis courts, a baseball field, a playground, and a gazebo. To access most of these, a visitor would have to travel from parking and down a large set of stairs. There is a route one could take by parking their car, traveling back out the park to Robinson Street, and then down the sidewalk to a paved path that leads to the park's lower level. At the time of assessment, this paved route was gated off. The route of travel from one specialty area to another at the lower level of the park is generally flat pavement.
