Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute Aquatics & Fitness and Sports & Recreation use CK Active, an online system, to search, register and pay for classes and activities. You may also visit in person or connect via phone with a staff member to register for a program.
For new participants:
•Go to CK Active on the Allina website.
•Select the class you want to register for and "Add to Cart"
•Click on the "Become a Member" button.
•Enter your information.
•Choose your Courage Kenny location.
•Set up your user name and password.
•Check the summary. Click OK if correct. You can then search and register for a class or activity.
•Contact ckactive@allina.com or call 651-241-3820 if you need assistance.

Support groups are also provided at CKRI Golden Valley: The Stroke - Brain Injury Support and Caregivers Group is a free support group for all who have survived a stroke or traumatic brain injury - and their caregivers, friends and family. Time is divided into segments for all and then one group for caregivers and one group for survivors.

Fibro-cise
If you have fibromyalgia or a similar medical condition, Fibro-cise offers self-paced stretching, strengthening, endurance training and relaxation
Neuro Splash
This class focuses on range of motion, seated balance, standing, walking, balance and core strengthening for individuals with neuro challenges. There are volunteers available to help you.
Prenatal Splash Class
Prenatal Splash is for you if you want to exercise during your pregnancy. Prenatal includes warm-up, stretching, strengthening, aerobic conditioning and cool-down.
VIP Aerobics
This water exercise class is for you if you are visually impaired or blind. You’ll work on cardiovascular endurance and strengthening with cool-down while listening to music.
Arthritis Exercise
A more challenging pool exercise class especially for people with arthritis. We focus on walking, warm-ups, strengthening, range of motion and low-impact cardio exercise.
