After entering the main lobby, guests can walk down the hallway to a small lounge area that has a television that displays a live feed of the training lab and the club level gaming rooms. This allows for parents, siblings, family members and other guests to watch their child build skills and teamwork in the training lab and socialize in the club level game room. This lobby holds a small table and chairs, a couch, massage chair, lockers, a beverage station and is where the restroom is located. The club level gaming room, conference room and relaxation room are all accessible by the stairs on the second level.
