Comments/additional information about registration and needs assessment:
First time guests will receive a tour of the facility and gain information on the different programs that Dreamteam Academy offers. Guardians will fill out paperwork for the children participating including an interest form, medical waiver, liability waiver, cancellation policies and both the parent and the child will sign the code of conduct for the facility. At this time, guardians will discuss with Dreamteam employees about any special accommodations that will be needed for the participant. Most participants will attend an evaluation session with the athletic director to assess skill level and determine program placement.
