Summary

The National Training Center, part of South Lake Hospital, is a state-of-the-art sports and fitness facility located in Clermont, Florida.

The NTC is a warm-weather training destination for hundreds of high school, collegiate, professional and amateur athletes from around the country and the world. The NTC Sports Performance staff is comprised of degreed exercise and coaching specialists to ensure individualized fitness programs for beginners to weekend warriors to Olympic athlete.

The Fitness Center offers community fitness, sports and health memberships and programs for youth and adults. These programs are not geared for persons with disabilites.

As a part of the Orlando Health Hospital the physical assessiblity standards are high. They offer PT, OT and Aqua Therapy for persons who need injury or surgery rehabilitation. These services are located at the NTC and coordinated througth the hospital services. There are few accessible specific programs administered by the NTC.

The NTC is a great accessible place to swim. There is child care available. There are daily drop in fees if you are visiting in the area.
