Comments/additional information about reception/registration/check-in area:

There is another door that is needed to gain entry into the wellness center to get to the registration/reception/check-in area that is described in the specialty checklist titled "Lifestyle Wellness Center". The door is directly to the right after entering through the automatic doors to the building.

Once you enter the wellness center, the counter is directly to the left.

There is a space between the counter and the wall that the staff use to walk behind the counter. In front of that gap, there is a maneuvering space of 31" by 33.5" of clear space. The area in front of the counter is large enough for wheelchair maneuvering, and the counter is 42.25" high.

Notes about physical inclusion

Any additional information about physical accessibility you feel would be helpful to people with disabilities and their families
For the public restroom down the hall from the entrance, there is only a 12.5" clear space on the pull side of the door because of the trash can. The trash can does not appear to be bolted to the floor, so the trash can could be pushed aside to allow enough room to exit the bathroom if needed.
