Adaptive Leg Braces for Step Machine None. If member is trained on how to use it, member may ask staff to retrieve them from behind the check-in desk.
Cardiovascular Machines with Swivel or Removable Seats 500 lb. weight limit on upper-body ergometer. 400lb. limit on all the other cardiovascular machines. 350 lb. limit on Nu-Step machines and Sci-Fit bikes. Member can adjust seat on their own. If removing the seat or help is needed to adjust the machine, staff can provide assistance.
Step-Through Model of Exercise Bikes 350 lb. weight limit. Member can freely use the bike. Members can ask for assistance, if needed.
Adjustable Strenghth Training Equipment 350 lb. weight limit. Member can freely use the strength training equipment. Members can ask for assistance, if needed.
Elevated Mat Table None Member can freely use the mat table, if assistance is needed, member can request assistance from staff.
Wheelchairs, Canes, and Walkers for Use in Pool None, bariatric wheelchairs for pool use are available as well. Wheelchairs, canes, and walkers line the walls of pool room for anyone to use.
Blood Pressure Cuff Stations None There are two available. One can be self-operated by the member while the second one can be operated by staff upon request.
Pulse Oximeters None Members can request one from staff.
Wall-Mounted Oxygen Unit The unit can go up to a 15L output. Let staff know that you are using it.
Low-Deck Treadmills Precor Treadmills have a 400lb. limit for walking and 350 lb. limit for running. Cybex Treadmills have a 400lb. weight limit. There is 1 Precor treadmill with a low deck and 6 Cybex treadmills with a low deck. Members can freely use the treadmills. Members can ask for assistance, if needed.
