Participants needing additional services or adaptations are encouraged to talk with/meet with the staff at the bowling alley so that accommodations can be made.

The locker rooms and the back room are provided as quiet areas when needed. However, due to the business of the bowling alley, the need for a quiet area cannot always be met.

Specialized programs or services
- Other organizations such as Strides Adaptive Equipment and the Center for Disability Services come to the bowling alley every year and help people with disabilities engage in leagues and competitions with one another. The local highschool has also started a Unified Bowling Competition where people of all abilities are encouraged to bowl together.
