The Cortland Youth Bureau is currently partnering with the IRRC in a Mentored Inclusion Coaching process to enhance usability and improve inclusivity of both physical and social inclusion at the agency. Many practices are in the process of undergoing changes and will be updated as necessary.

The CYB recently finished a renovation of Wickwire pool using universal design principles. There are plans to renovate the locker facilities as well. They also recently finished a new building in Beaudry Park and plan to update pathways throughout this area. Additionally, there is a major inclusive playground project in the works which is planned for the next 2 year. Other such projects are also in the works for Courthouse Park, Suggett Park and Yaman Park. Please contact the Youth Bureau office for any details on these projects.
