Staff is continually educated on appropriates means for serving patrons of differing abilities, it is important to MCPL that their staff uses courteous and respectful language and behavior that is why continuous education is implemented.

Currently do not have a staff member to translate ASL but MCPL does hire outside ASL translators if ever there is a request or need for specific activities, talks or informative events.

No written policy on service animals but service animals are welcomed and it is preferred the animal wear their service vest when visiting MCPL.
