Summary
The Harborfields Public Library is a modern and aesthetically beautiful building. Its facilities are ADA compliant, as dictated by the American Library Association. The Library sponsors many activities for all ages and is responsive to all requests for accommodations in order to make activities accessible to all. The building is also home to the Greenlawn-Centerport Historical Association, whose hours are Mon-Thurs 9am-1pm, Fri 10am-1pm, and by appointment. Interviews with the library director and other staff revealed a firm commitment to inclusivity. They welcome all suggestions to include library services, so that all members of the community can be accommodated.
