Summary

Cornell Fitness Centers is a non-profit enterprise, it offers memberships to Cornell University students/spouses/partners and the Wellness Program offers memberships to faculty/staff/spouses/partners.

"Helen Newman Hall, majestically overlooking Beebe Lake, was built in 1963 to house Women’s Physical Education. Over the past twenty years, it has transformed into the primary recreation center on campus. It houses a lap pool, a two-court gymnasium, a classroom, a dance studio, a 16-lane bowling center and a fitness center. Helen Newman is also the home of Recreational Services administration offices, Cornell University's Wellness Program and Intramural Sports offices."

"Cornell Fitness Centers strive to offer its members the best fitness equipment and workout options it can. With five centers located around campus, 80 group exercise classes to attend each week in the fall and spring and over 30 in summer, and an extensive variety of cardio and weight equipment, Cornell Fitness Centers provide safe, effective, efficient, and enjoyable exercise programs for its members and guests within the entire Cornell community."
