Summary

According to the agency website: "Russell Brook campsite is a primitive campsite located about six miles north of Roscoe, NY. This roadside site features an accessible fire ring and pit privy. The Trout Pond Access Route is a little further down the road. It is a gated route that allows access with a Motorized Access Program for People with Disabilities (MAPPWD) permit. The route leads to an accessible campsite with lean-to and pit privy.

Directions:
From the South: From Roscoe, NY, take Rt. 206 North. Make a left onto Jug Tavern Road (sign not clearly visible). Follow Jug Tavern Road to the end. Make a left onto Campbell Mt. Road and follow to the end. Make a left onto Morton Hill Road. Make a right onto Russell Brook Road and proceed to parking area. Note: Russell Brook Road from the South is closed due to an impassable bridge.

From the North: From Downsville, NY, take Rt. 206 South. Make a right onto Jug Tavern Road and proceed as directed above."
