According to the agency's website "The SWCC provides a network of human services to residents of the predominantly African-American, low-income neighborhood of southwest inner-city Syracuse through special events, outreach efforts, prevention, intervention, employment and educational services, support, peer, and mentoring groups, and collaborative programs, people throughout the city interact with and benefit from agency services."
