Historic preservation prevents Shea’s Buffalo Center for the Performing Arts from changing the facility to include more accessible features, but there are always staff members by the entrances and throughout the facility to provide assistance to guests. The entrance has double doors, when both are opened it provides a 50 inch width.
The box office next door offers a lighter door, but still meets a second door that is a tight space and heavy to open.
