The Buffalo Zoo is on 23.5 acres and is the 3rd oldest zoo in the US, since 1875. They house many exotic animals including mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and birds. They offer a wealth of activities from just browsing the zoo to educational and fun camps for kids, plus an array of special and holiday events!

Throughout the year, the Buffalo Zoo offers guests fascinating animal exhibits, naturalistic wildlife habitats, beautiful garden areas and several unique areas in which to enjoy an environment that is full of fun, adventure and history. The Buffalo Zoo is open daily rain or shine! However, each year, during the months of January and February, the Buffalo Zoo is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
