The program is run through Healthways. Insurance covers the cost of the program. Any assessment of needs and abilities is done at a personal doctor's office. Have a doctor's clearance is required for participation.

The "Take Shape for Life Program" advertised on the website is not currently being held at Riverside Fitness Center.
