Upper administration does not meet for agency planning. The general manager was not avaialble for an interview at the time of assessment. The Director of Administration is the highest supervisor available at the facility. There is no specific training provided to staff with regards to disability awareness, but all visitors are treated with respect.

Signage on the treadmill and recumbant bike located on the ground floor reads "handicapped" use only; this signage is provided by Onondaga Physical Therapy and is not affiliated with Riverside Fitness Center.
