The entrance door sticks to the door frame, so initially it is difficult to open the door; it requires 26 pounds opening force. Once you have the door out of the frame, it is easier to open.
Accessible parking in back near botton entrance. Parking lot is not painted, so there are no designated parking spots or access aisles.
