Comments/additional information about transportation:

Stuyvesant Plaza is on the Western Avenue Bus Route with two points of access.
One route by the Post Office, which provides an "accessible" curb cut - maneuvering around the back of the plaza is required. The distance from the post office to Plaza Fitness is about a quarter of a mile.
The second route requires maneuvering stairs (Off of Executive Park) but the distance is half.
