Comments
The trail is not designed as an accessible trail, but a hiking trail that winds through the woods from the upper falls, past the middle falls, to the lake. That distance is 1.2 miles, 2.3+ round trip. The steepest part of the trail is near the bottom by the lake, however, the trail/steps leading to the bottom of the main falls tends to be steeper. There is another parking area close to the lake where hikers can park and a trail system that links that parking area to the main trail.
