Two entrances/exit for this lot (East Mongaup Rd) or one entrance/exit (Railroad Ave)
Deep slope over (19%) on the (East Mongaup Rd) entrance/exit closest the entrance to the trail but the width of the entrance is greater than 36" and is safe to travel. Accessible parking is closer to the entrance at Railroad Ave, connected by a sidewalk 6% slope. These sidewalks connect the two trails together by a regulation crosswalk. Trail entrance at (Mongaup Ave) has 2 sets of bollards that split the trail heading east (measuring outside pillars at 39" and the inside pillar at 30") These continue east continuing on/through Krum Rd and ending at Denman Road.

The crosswalk has a slop of 5% and continues to the Pickled Owl Trail entrance.

This trail is 115 feet wide at its narrowest and is accessible for families, walkers, wheelchairs, strollers, roller bladders etc. can enjoy the great outdoors on a safe smooth surface in the Catskill Mountains. This trail is not paved the winter but can be used for winter sports such as cross country skiing, snowshoeing and ice fishing
