This is a working lock that you may see in action if you are lucky enough to be there when a boat is passing through. There is a gravel path with a slope of 4.2 to get there.

This bridge is on land and show what was original to the site. There is a large stone gravel path up each side of the bridge with a slope of 12.4-13 degrees. (The north "ramp" seems to have a more gradual incline) To enter the bridge, there is a granite step of 2". The bridge has a width of 50" and a wood railing on either side. Surface is uneven wood.

From aqueduct viewing bridge you can see the aqueduct and spillway. There is a solid wall on the side of the bridge that is 51" high.
