Summary

Center Park West is accessed from Ayrault Road and consists of approximately 49 acres adjacent to the Perinton Community Center (PCC). It is well used by organized sports teams, particularly for soccer. The park hosts soccer fields for multiple age groups, which are in high demand from spring through fall seasons. Center Park West connects directly to the PCC and associated amphitheater, as well as to the RS&E Trolley Trail. This major trail connection allows off-road biking and walking between the park and the Village of Fairport. Camping is allowed at Center Park West, by reservation. Similar to Egypt Park, the wetlands on the property provide an opportunity for passive environmental education.

The trail through the park makes many of its amenities accessible.

The town Parks and Recreation Department are working towards increasing their inclusivity and keep accessibility in the forefront when planning. Staff receive inclusivity training as part of their ongoing training process.
