Summary

Fit Body Boot Camp is a small gym with BIG energy. Lisa Briggs owns and coaches fitness classes, along with a dedicated team of other coaches as well. Fit Body offers High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 6 days a week, with a yoga class offered on Sundays. This type of training is very fast paced, the coaches push you to work to your full potential they also demonstrate modifications that can be made for any part of the workout if necessary to make it work for you. The coaches are very personable, they get to know each client well, and are very open with communication, willing to help you reach your goals despite any limitations you may have. There is a great atmosphere here, where everyone is supportive, staff and peers. Coaches also offer nutritional support as well.
